Job Summary
Vacuum, sweep, mop, strip, buff, and wax floors while dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures, then empty trash cans and wash windows. Request cleaning supply orders and report breakages or needed repairs to building management. Assist with all projects and job duties as requested. Work Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm at a rate of $17.00 hourly in Monroe, NJ. This role supports residential and commercial property owners by ensuring clean, healthy, and safe environments for tenants, guests, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
- Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm
