Job Summary
Provide weekend supervision and oversight of family time visitation at the Cambridge office, managing intake, case assignments, and parent orientation. Welcome birth and foster families, direct them to appropriate spaces, and serve as the primary contact for scheduling and confirming visitation, including limited weekday availability. Enforce rules and policies as needed while monitoring paperwork completion and updates to DCF. Deliver FTV coaching to coaches during breaks or when absent, and provide biweekly supervision to ensure training, support, and oversight for safe visitation and positive parent-child interactions. Attend weekly supervision with the FSS Program Director. This role supports the Bridges Homeward Family Support and Stabilization team's mission to promote safe, stable home life for children and youth referred by the Department of Children and Families.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
- High school degree with 3 years of experience working with parents or children
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in providing FTV and/or management
- Bilingual
- Lived experience in the child welfare system
