Job Summary
Remote licensed talk therapist role providing telehealth psychotherapy in the evenings and weekends for clients in New Mexico. Independently licensed in NM (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW, or Licensed Psychologist) with 15 hours of weekly availability and at least 10 sessions. Generalist scope including couples and children; focus on measurable client progress. Utilizes modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR) and collaborates within Thriveworks’ clinical community. Administrative support included (credentialing, billing, scheduling, marketing). Flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET; compensation Up to 25,200 based on licensure type and volume; growth opportunities and paid orientation/training; benefits for W2 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed in NM (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Available for minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of weekly availability
- Experience treating variety of clients including couples and children
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
- W2 employment arrangement
- Ability to build full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Supportive of a clinical community and collaboration
