Job Summary
Licensed clinician role providing telehealth therapy evenings and weekends in New Mexico. Independent NM licenses (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/LISW or Licensed Psychologist) with at least 15 hours/week availability and a minimum of 10 sessions. Generalist capable of treating diverse clients (including couples and children) using telehealth and EHR tools; remote-friendly, with a full caseload expected within 90 days of credentialing. Compensation up to $25,200 based on licensure type and session volume; benefits include paid time off, 401(k) with match, CEU reimbursement, and potential supervisor roles in select states. Supportive admin infrastructure handling credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing; flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed in NM as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW or Licensed Psychologist
- Available for minimum 10 sessions with 15 hours of weekly availability
- Able to treat a variety of clients including couples and children
- Proficient with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) tools
- W2 employment status with benefits
- Commitment to measurable client progress
- Willingness to participate in orientation and training
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
