Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Licensed clinicians are needed to provide telehealth therapy in the evenings and on weekends for clients in New Mexico. Candidates must hold an NM license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW or Licensed Psychologist) and be available for at least 15 hours weekly across 10 sessions. The role is a fee-for-service, with W2 employment in a supportive clinical community, offering administrative support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, marketing assistance, paid orientation, and opportunities for paid clinical supervision in select states. The position supports diverse clients (including couples and children) and requires comfort with telehealth technology and EHR tools; scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, with sessions typically conducted remotely. Compensation is up to $25,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonuses, with benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and in-house training.
