Job Summary
Provide direct care services to a caseload of clients, including counseling, skill teaching, and rehabilitative support in daily living and health. Document client progress and assigned clients, monitor medication, and assist with transportation. Monitor the site, coordinate house activities like meal preparation and recreational events, conduct safety checks, and perform monthly fire inspections. Facilitate the food-planning committee and train clients in weekly food planning. Provide housing services including assistance with maintenance issues. Attend staff meetings as scheduled and remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm to 12am.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Saturday & Sunday availability
- 4pm - 12am shift availability
- Ability to provide direct care services to a caseload of clients
- Ability to document clients assigned and progress
- Ability to monitor the site and participate in house activities
- Ability to facilitate food-planning committee
- Ability to provide rehabilitative support services
- Ability to provide housing services including assistance with maintenance issues
- Ability to monitor medication
- Ability to assist with transportation of clients
- Ability to attend staff meetings as scheduled
- Ability to perform monthly fire inspections
- Ability to remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings
