Job Summary
Install residential electrical systems, equipment, and components according to company standards and local electrical codes. Perform rough-in and finish work for remodels, additions, and new projects, including panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, and EV chargers. Ensure all installations are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Work a four-day week from Thursday through Sunday, lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating confined spaces, heights, and various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements)
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms)
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations
- Must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens
