Job Summary
Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS in MN. Build meaningful relationships and provide guidance, encouragement, and support; assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meals, transportation, household tasks); promote community involvement and independent living skills; advocate for rights, needs, and preferences; monitor health and well-being and report changes; complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings. Work in a residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people, with a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on dignity and inclusion. No prior experience or formal education required; must have basic computer use, ability to read/write English, valid driver’s license with safe driving record, and pass a DHS background check. This role is on-site with shifts including evenings and weekends; $16.00-$17.00/hr with potential $0.50 raise after six months and a $1500 hiring bonus; benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted.
