Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration. Help with personal hygiene needs, observe and report health changes to the supervising nurse, and document food and fluid intake accurately. Maintain clean living environments and transport residents safely within the facility. Support nursing staff while upholding confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards
