Job Summary
Weekend Days and Evenings In-Home Caregiver in the Marion/Carbondale, IL area. Part-time, hourly in-home caregiver/CNA providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living in clients’ homes. Responsibilities include personal hygiene/bathing assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, accurate documentation, reporting changes in client condition, using electronic timekeeping, and effective communication with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals while following safety and infection control protocols. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, background check and drug screen, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and being at least 18 years old; prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; flexible scheduling and ongoing training offered.
