Job Summary
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to clients as needed while delivering direct care that builds and reinforces daily living skills. Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, perform unit inspections, and educate clients on maintaining clean, safe living environments. Monitor medications as required and collaborate with Service Coordinators regarding client concerns, including apartment maintenance or ADL skills. Attend weekly supervision and staff meetings, remain current with all Agency compliance documents and trainings, and perform other assignments as assigned by the Supervisor. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
