Job Summary
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to clients as needed, while delivering direct care that builds and reinforces daily living skills. Complete necessary documentation, perform unit inspections for safety, and monitor medications. Collaborate with Service Coordinators on client concerns regarding apartment maintenance or activities of daily living. Attend weekly supervision and staff meetings, and maintain current compliance documents and trainings. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 4pm. This part-time role supports the Supervisor and Service Coordinator in overall site operations, offering educational assistance, licensure reimbursement, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Saturday & Sunday availability
- 8am - 4pm availability
