Job Summary
Weekend Coordinator role overseeing Saturday and Sunday operations across multiple residential homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides leadership to weekend staff, serves as primary point of contact during weekend shifts, guides day-to-day operations, coordinates staffing coverage, responds to incidents, ensures services are delivered safely and in accordance with agency standards, supports as a driver or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), ensures documentation and communication of issues to leadership, and travels between residential locations as needed to maintain weekend coverage and oversee activities, appointments, medications, and community outings. Requires 1+ year supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and CMT certification; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and with a team; willingness to learn and grow.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Minimum of 1+ years supervisory experience
- Valid Drivers License required
- CMT required
- Highly organized with strong administrative skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and strong commitment to professional growth
