Job Summary
Troubleshoot all electrical, mechanical, and PLC control problems on production equipment, including analyzing systems for hazards and performing necessary repairs. Proficiently use ladder logic programming with the Allen Bradley platform to document repairs via the work order system and maintain program backups. Trace issues using electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components while performing basic motor operation and troubleshooting on servo and induction motors. Set up variable frequency drive operations and discuss performance improvements with technical staff. This role requires two years of experience and an associate's degree is preferred. Schedule runs Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm with a day-shift training period before transitioning to the evening shift.
Required Qualifications
- 2-years experience in a closely related role
- Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial platform licenses
- Enterprise Asset Management software experience
- ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs proficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical-related field
