Job Summary
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC programming problems on production equipment, including analyzing hazards and performing repairs. Use ladder logic programming with Allen Bradley platforms, trace issues through pneumatic and hydraulic components, and maintain backups of device programs. Document repairs and preventative maintenance via the work order system, check newly installed equipment performance, and configure variable frequency drives. Collaborate with the Custom Equipment Process Group on machine improvements and assist maintenance staff with plant-wide electrical troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 2-years experience in a closely related role
- Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial platform licenses
- Enterprise Asset Management software experience
- ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs proficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical-related field
