Weekend Controls Technician

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC programming problems on production equipment, including Allen Bradley ladder logic and variable frequency drives. Analyze installed systems to detect hazards, trace issues using pneumatic and hydraulic components, and perform repairs or replacements. Document all work orders and set-points in the Enterprise Asset Management system while maintaining program backups. Assist with newly installed equipment evaluations and collaborate with the Custom Equipment Process Group on machine improvements. This role requires 2 years of experience, an Associate's degree, and forklift/aerial platform licenses. The position involves Friday-Sunday shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm with a day-shift training period before transitioning to the evening schedule. Starting pay is $27/hr plus a $3 shift differential.
