Weekend Controls Technician

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC control problems on production equipment, including analyzing hazards and performing necessary repairs or programming changes. Proficiently use ladder logic programming with the Allen Bradley platform, trace issues using pneumatic and hydraulic components, and maintain program backups. Document repairs and preventative maintenance in the work order system, check newly installed equipment performance, and configure variable frequency drive operations. Collaborate with technical staff and the Custom Equipment Process Group on machine improvements and performance discussions. This role requires a forklift and aerial platform license, two years of related experience, and an Associate's degree is preferred. The position involves training on the day shift for up to two months before transitioning to the Friday-Sunday evening schedule.
