Job Summary
Weekend Cashier role in a public Michaels retail store performing customer service, checkout, and merchandise responsibilities including unloading trucks, stocking, planogram duties, and participating in omnichannel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store). The position emphasizes friendly service, cash handling to standards, enrollment in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, VOC surveys, and adherence to SOPs, safety, and store recovery to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised shelves. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; requires ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes; hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings; must be at least 16 years old.
