Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Provide medication reminders, monitor basic health changes, and prepare meals following dietary restrictions. Perform light housekeeping, offer companionship through conversation and activities, and provide safe transportation for errands. Complete accurate task documentation using the WellSky app and follow care plans or supervisor instructions. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification. Report health changes promptly to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
- AHCA Level 2 background check (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR certification (in-person required)
- TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Professionalism, strong communication and documentation skills, and consistent reliability
