Job Summary
Weekend Caregiver role providing in-home care to senior clients in Midland, TX and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, support for exercise goals, medication reminders, grocery shopping or shopping on behalf of clients, meal planning and preparation, mobility assistance, and accompanying clients to appointments or outings. Must respond to medical emergencies, document health changes, and adhere to safety standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, strong communication, ability to pass background checks and drug screen, and First Aid/emergency response training. Benefits include sign-on bonus (up to $500 with conditions), health/dental/vision insurance, PPE, holiday pay, weekly pay, direct deposit, and continuing education. Shift options include Full Time, Part Time, PRN, and Short Shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
