Job Summary
Conduct light housekeeping, prepare meals with client assistance, and assist clients with ambulation, personal hygiene, and prescribed medication. Accompany clients on doctor's appointments, walks, and shopping trips while helping them perform routine exercises. Provide transportation support and act as a supportive companion, reporting any unusual incidents or responding quickly to emergencies. Maintain knowledge of first aid and adhere to health and safety standards. This part-time role offers 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with PRN availability for caregivers serving seniors in the Big Country region through Visiting Angels Abilene.
Required Qualifications
