Job Summary
Provide in-home care for seniors by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and delivering compassionate, personalized support. Maintain a safe, respectful environment and communicate with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals while documenting care activities. Participate in ongoing training to grow skills. Weekend and potential night shifts; flexible scheduling and competitive pay with discretionary bonuses. CNA certification is preferred, but caregiving experience is welcomed. Strong communication, compassion, and reliability are essential.
