Job Summary
Weekend Baylor RN – Home Health: Weekend Registered Nurse providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes with autonomy and strong team support. Schedule includes Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Monday follow-ups/documentation. Key responsibilities include patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, delivering skilled nursing care and medication/treatment management, monitoring progress and adjusting care, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervising Home Health Aides and LPNs, and completing timely clinical documentation including OASIS.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BSN + 1 year experience OR ASN/Diploma + 2 years experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
