Job Summary
Panera Bread is hiring Weekend Baker/Crew 4:30am-9:00am as Restaurant Team Member. You will greet guests, deliver excellent customer service, and support the team across roles such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness. You’ll help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust, step in to support the manager and team, and learn multiple positions. Growth opportunities include a pathways to manager role; health & food safety is emphasized. Must be able to work 15-40 hours per week and be at least 16 years old.
