Job Summary
Conduct personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation for clients while managing light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation. Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship, strictly adhering to care plans and completing required documentation. Travel across the Greater Vancouver Area to fulfill weekend, evening, and overnight shifts ranging from two to twelve hours. Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area
- Access to Internet/smart phone with data
