Job Summary
Maintain a safe environment for members by monitoring pool areas during weekend and evening shifts, including Saturday/Sunday coverage from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and weekday evenings from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Assist with lifeguarding duties and other tasks as assigned while ensuring a positive atmosphere for all patrons. Experience and interest in working with people are valued, with reimbursement options available for certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts (Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- Must be able to maintain a safe environment for members
- Must be able to work with people
- Must be able to go above and beyond expectations
- Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lifeguarding experience
- Up to date lifeguard certification
