Job Summary
Care for seniors and those with illnesses in their homes by assisting with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and nutritional intake. Monitor patient vitals, measure intake/output, and document changes while observing for issues requiring care plan adjustments. Work with home health nurses to ensure care plans are followed and assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Maintain active Colorado CNA licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least six months of healthcare experience. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the State of Colorado
- CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers (demonstration course required)

- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
