Job Summary
Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for completing home health admissions and SOC assessments, documenting medical histories, performing physical assessments, developing plans of care, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and other interdisciplinary team members, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining timely OASIS documentation Friday through Monday.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- OASIS documentation experience preferred
- Experience with WellSky (Kinnser) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- Current TB test and physical examination in accordance with agency requirements
- Ability to attend orientation and training at the Aspire Home Healthcare of Ohio office
