Job Summary
Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and supervision of clinical personnel in home health settings. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of patient care, initiating and updating the plan of care, completing Oasis and 485 documentation, supervising and orienting staff, ensuring compliance with laws and resolve problems, and maintaining timely documentation. Requires a Louisiana RN license, CPR, and 1 year of clinical experience (RN or LPN); strong time management and reliable transportation for patient visits. Required Qualifications
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification

- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
