Job Summary
Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents; use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed; educate and train team members on personalized activity opportunities; welcome residents on move-in to foster community bonding; plan and decorate common areas for events; document activities with attendance and photographs; ensure understanding and adherence to residents’ rights; attend training sessions and pursue ongoing professional development; residency within the state of operation is required; 1+ year of experience in a similar role; degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; basic computer skills.
