Job Summary
Lead daily activities and interactive sessions for residents at Elk Creek Senior Living; transport residents using the community vehicle; plan and decorate spaces for events and holidays; greet residents and foster community bonding; document attendance and photos of activities; educate and support team members on personalized activity opportunities; ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents’ rights; participate in ongoing training and professional development; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy: basic understanding of computer programs
