Job Summary
Encourage residents to participate in daily activities, enhancing their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Carries out activities tailored to residents' varied backgrounds, needs, and enjoyment while recruiting, organizing, and training volunteers to expand the program. Act as a positive teammate by helping onboard new staff and involving families and the community to increase overall participation. Work 10am–2pm Saturdays and Sundays with a preference for previous geriatric experience and CNA certification. Join a team delivering patient-centered care since 2000, where staff live in surrounding neighborhoods and follow core values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be open to getting CNA certification within the first six (6) months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with geriatric population is preferred
- CNA certification is preferred
