Job Summary
Design, facilitate, and conduct activities for residents alongside the Life Enrichment Director. Coordinate community-wide events including themed parties, holiday celebrations, and hosted speakers. Create innovative enrichment programs and participate in painting, pottery, outings, games, and exercise. Maintain a professional and caring attitude toward residents. Must play a musical instrument, with a musical background and experience in event planning for seniors preferred. Schedule is Saturday-Sunday. Competitive pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to play a muscial instrument
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to use computers, TV's, apps and other electronic devices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors in assisted living or related field preferred
- A musical background
