Weekend 1st Shift Skilled Operator

Weekend 1st Shift Skilled Operator responsible for setting up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications and maximize productivity; basic programming for laser or CNC equipment; identify and communicate equipment/tooling problems to machine operators, supervisors, and technicians; follow up to ensure safe and efficient operation; work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; maintain reliable attendance and a safe, clean work environment; participate in continuous improvement projects; preferred forklift license and ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (caliper, protractor, micrometer); die setup experience in brake press, stamping, or injection molding; able to lift up to 30 pounds; 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday with $22.39/hour base and $2.00 shift premium, plus $1,000 bonus after 90 days.
