Job Summary
Operate CNC machines, robotic systems, and overhead cranes while navigating HMI controls and executing setup procedures from blueprints. Troubleshoot part fit-up issues, diagnose machinery errors, and perform minor repairs or preventive maintenance as needed. Conduct quality checks on components, monitor production processes, and suggest efficiency improvements to support adherence to the schedule. Communicate technical issues with technicians and engineers, train new employees, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. This weekend 1st shift role requires high school diploma, hands-on tool experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience with hand tools and measuring devices
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills regarding part sensing fixtures/clamps
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong machine systems knowledge
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and understand maintenance and repair instructions
- Basic math skills to utilize measuring equipment
- Ability to work in standing positions during work shift
- Ability to repetitively lift, maneuver, and load parts up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to wear required PPE
