Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 in-home nursing care to a 10-month-old child with trach, vent, and g-tube needs. Provide ventilator, trach, and g-tube management under specialized training and 24/7 team support. Work Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, for 40 hours a week as an RN or LPN. Assist the family in allowing the child to grow and thrive at home while attending school.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 40 hours a week
- Monday through Friday 8a-5p
- Care for one child at a time
- Pediatric experience is a plus
