Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care for a 10-month-old child with a trach, vent, and g-tube in a home setting. Provide ventilator, trach, and g-tube management with hands-on training support, working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for 40 hours weekly. You will develop real connections with families while helping children with complex medical needs thrive at home. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential for joining our team.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN

- Care for one child at a time
