Job Summary
As Nurse Supervisor on the assigned unit, you will oversee clinical staff activities, provide guidance and education to the team, uphold infection prevention practices, and ensure adequate staffing to deliver a high standard of care to residents. You will lead with a collaborative and inclusive facility culture, drive quality and patient safety, support professional development, and monitor care delivery to align with Gold Seal of Approval and Joint Commission standards. The role emphasizes leadership in nursing operations, staffing management, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for internal growth and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR Certification
- two (2) years of RN experience
- Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit (preferred)
- Five (5) years of RN experience (preferred)
