Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 care to a 14-year-old client with a g-tube and port, managing ventilator and trach needs as required. Provide specialized hands-on care for medically complex children in their homes, utilizing 24/7 support from the dedicated team. Work weekday nights (Monday through Friday) on 12-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling options including weekend bonuses. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
