Job Summary
One-on-one pediatric home health nursing for a single child in the home setting. Provides care for a 15-year-old with a trach, vent, and g-tube; flexible weekday shifts (days) with potential for night/weekend differentials. Training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care is provided; no prior pediatric experience required. Roles include delivering personalized nursing care, supporting the child’s growth and school participation, and working with a supportive team in a home-based setting. Eligible for sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts and comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, 401k match, substantial PTO, tuition reimbursement).
