Job Summary
Conduct product demonstrations and interact with potential customers at retail stores to generate high-quality leads for the local office. Provide ongoing engagement using high-energy techniques while meeting predetermined performance goals and exceeding issued lead targets. Work without close supervision but maintain communication with the Retail Event Marketing Manager. Schedule includes weekday evenings Monday through Thursday, with weekend availability required. Compensation is $18/hour plus commission, increasing to $25+/hour based on performance. A smartphone is required for the role.
