Job Summary
Conduct product demonstrations and interact with potential customers in retail stores to generate leads for the local office. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while maintaining high energy and positive engagement throughout shifts. Work without close supervision by keeping the manager informed and utilizing proven systems to promote the #1 rated gutter protection product. Weekday evening shifts (Monday-Thursday) are required, with weekend availability mandatory. This role offers immediate hire status with a $18/hour base plus commission, capped at $25+/hour for motivated performers. Paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth into management positions are available within the rapidly growing LeafFilter team.
