Job Summary
Provide direct care services to a caseload of clients while assisting the Supervisor and Case Managers in site operations. Deliver a variety of services including skill teaching, concrete service delivery, and counseling. Document client progress and monitor medication. Facilitate the food-planning committee and train clients in weekly food planning. Monitor the site, coordinate house activities such as meal preparation and recreational events, and perform monthly fire inspections. Assist with transportation and maintenance issues. Attend staff meetings and remain current with all required compliance documents and trainings. Monday through Friday, 12am to 8am.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
