Weekday Morning Member Services Representative

Greet members, prospects, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone and maintaining a courteous atmosphere. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, facilitating account updates, and assisting with the PF Mobile App. Take prospective members on tours and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Complete assigned cleaning areas during the shift. This role supports One World Fitness's mission to enhance community lives through an affordable, high-end fitness experience.
