Job Summary
Weekday High Reach Forklift Operator (ESR) responsible for operating high reach (ESR) forklifts to receive, store, pick, and ship products in a temperature-controlled environment (0–36°F). Key duties include counting freight received and shipped, verifying counts against driver Bills of Lading, documenting variances and obtaining driver signatures, preparing overage/shortage/damage reports, staging outbound product for shipment, meeting performance metrics, and pallet wrapping. Must-have qualifications include prior high reach forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs or more, willingness to work in cold storage, and a drive-oriented, team-focused mindset. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no defined end time; location is Delanco, NJ (US).
