Job Summary
Provide direct care services to a caseload of clients while assisting the Supervisor and Case Managers in site operations. Document client progress, monitor medications, and facilitate food-planning committees to train clients in weekly food planning. Deliver rehabilitative support in daily living skills and health services, assist with maintenance and transportation, and coordinate house activities including meals, chores, and recreational events. Perform monthly fire inspections and attend staff meetings as scheduled. Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. Monday through Friday, 6pm to 11pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
