Job Summary
Conduct bi-hourly safety rounds ensuring doors, windows, and stairwells are secure while checking for visitors and addressing spills or trash. Log maintenance concerns and reportable incidents such as medical emergencies or tenant conflicts to the site manager. Maintain routine emergency availability, participate in fire watches, and assist with snow shoveling and salting during inclement weather. Keep the RA log book, snow log, and security system failure reports up-to-date. Schedule Monday through Friday from 12am to 8am (40 hours).
