Job Summary
Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities while ensuring business turnover is timely for proper service delivery. Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate efforts, build relationships with existing and new customers, and develop community ties to expand the customer base. Participate in sales calls to acquire new business, execute operational aspects like generating proposals and writing contracts, and close opportunities based on market conditions. Achieve personal sales goals by understanding market trends, competitor strengths, and location needs to offer better business solutions. Provide accurate turnover to Event Management and deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and grow account share.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
