Job Summary
Wedding Sales Manager responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, building long-term, value-based customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives. Drives coordination with off-property sales channels, develops relationships within the community, negotiates proposals and contracts, and ensures proper turnover to Event Management. Participates in sales calls to acquire new business, supports operational aspects of booked business, analyzes market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue, and delivers service excellence to guests while growing share of account and ensuring guest satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
