Job Summary
Wedding Sales Coordinator responsible for supporting the hotel sales department through administrative and operational duties. Duties include greeting guests, maintaining brand standards, implementing service strategies, creating BEOs and floorplans, securing signatures on agreements, managing deposits and payments, coordinating group room blocks, attending tastings, collaborating with the Wedding Sales Manager, Banquet and Culinary teams, conducting client detailing appointments, and ensuring guest satisfaction by proactively communicating with operations and leadership. Requires strong organizational and clerical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or GED required. Ongoing duties include maintaining sales files, producing sales kits, and assisting with office responsibilities while adhering to hotel policies and safety procedures.
